Why does it deserve our mention?

For the rigorous selection of the best Spanish non-transgenic potatoes of the variety Agria. The slow frying process at low temperature with the best Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the Subbetic Almazaras PDO, Priego from Córdoba, and the dressing with a unique salt, Himalayan Pink Salt from the ancient sea that stretched in that mountain range over two hundred million years ago. This salt is in its pure natural state. The Himalayan salt provides many minerals (seventy-three) and trace elements which are very healthy, as well as being very low in sodium, unlike sea salt. The oil of this PDO is fruity and very aromatic and is an ideal blend of the olive varieties of Hojiblanca, Picual and Picuda. The chips are not at all oily, they are thin, crisp, and packaged in a controlled atmosphere bag which allows one to enjoy them at any time for several months. They are by far the only potato chips in the world which can be considered healthy, since they are completely free of acrylamide (a carcinogen substance generated at high temperatures). It is for this reason and for the quality of their components that they are also sold in some pharmacies. A culinary jewel.
