Why does it deserve our mention?

For its texture, flavour and excellent balance between fruit and sugar. The Bacher Family produces high quality products as well as manages successfully their Restaurant & Hotel located in the small Austrian village of Mautern. Their jam is an outstanding product which contains 65 grams of fresh and seasonal fruit per 100 grams of marmalade. The intensity of the flavour is perceived in each spoonful, transporting us with every bite to an orchard of apricots ripening in the sun. A perfect acidity combined with great consistency which makes it a gastronomic experience worth remembering and wishing to repeat.
