Why do they deserve our mention? This baker is an enterprising and creative person and in 1986 was chosen Best Baker in France.   But in it was in 1976, when he was in contact with Joel Robuchon, one of the most demanding cooks in all history, when he discovered the demands of his job, the city of Paris, and the refinement of Japanese culture during a stay at the Nikko Hotel in Paris.  He himself considers this chocolate cigar one of his iconic creations and it comes in a beautiful and elegant tube.  Its composition is basically bitter chocolate, which recalls a real Havana cigar, but in this case the chocolate is 64% cocoa.  A fun and delicious creation.  Oh!  If you are in Paris, don’t miss the chance to try one of his hot chocolates at the Chocolate Bar at this store at 231 Rue Saint Honoré.
What wine should you drink with it? A good Cognac like X.O. from Henessy.
How should you keep it? In the refrigerator or in a cool place.
Where can you buy it? Directly from  or at his shops on Paris (4), Tokio (4), Osaka, Fukuoka, Shangai, Hong Kong (2) or Taiwan.
